Personal Profile
The owner (Solly Matheba) has over 20 years experience acquired through several roles in the human resource field. He has worked in various HR roles, taught and facilitated workshops on HR topics. He has also served on HR Committees and occupied board positions which consolidated his mastery of the field.

Solly possesses the following qualifications: BA in Psychology and Sociology from UNISA, BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Pretoria, Masters Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg, Advanced Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg and a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA’s Graduate School of Business Leadership.
